An integration partner, not an AI vendor.
We don't sell a platform and have no product to steer you toward. We are hired to make AI work inside systems that already exist — compliantly, and in a way your own team can take over.
How we operate
Production or nothing
A prototype that never reaches a user has produced a learning and no value. We scope toward the smallest thing that can go live, and treat security review and rollout as part of the project.
Vendor-neutral
No reseller margins, no platform to defend. Often the answer is a commercial API; sometimes an open-weight model on your own hardware; occasionally no model at all.
Handover is the goal
Everything is built in your accounts and repositories, with documentation written as we go. If your team wants to take over in month three, that's a normal Tuesday, not a negotiation.
Measured, not asserted
Quality claims come with an evaluation set and a number. When something regresses, the CI pipeline says so before your users do.
