Controller
Helm Labs operates this website and is the controller for personal data processed through it. Data-protection questions, and requests to exercise the rights listed below, can be sent to hello@helm-ai.work; we answer within one working day. Helm Labs is not yet incorporated as a legal entity, so no company-registration or VAT details are published here. This notice is updated when that changes.
Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted in the European Union. The hosting provider processes technical access data — IP address, time of request, requested page, referrer and browser identification — in order to deliver and secure the site. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure operation under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted to us.
Data in client engagements
Where we process personal data on behalf of a client, we do so under a data processing agreement, in EU data centres unless agreed otherwise in writing, and with model providers whose terms exclude the use of client content for training.
Your rights
You have the right to information, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
